Ideal Heating launched MAX Confidence in January 2026. It is a warranty promise on qualifying Ideal boilers, not a points scheme and not a new boiler range.
In plain terms: if your Ideal boiler is still in warranty, and Ideal agree the fault is theirs, they fix it and add 12 months to the warranty. They also talk about faster call-outs and year-round support. The extra year only applies when the fault is accepted as the manufacturer’s responsibility. Poor installation, no annual service, or damage from sludge and scale sit outside that.
We fit and service Ideal boilers in Marlow and the surrounding counties. The useful part for a homeowner is the paperwork, not the slogan. Register the boiler. Keep the yearly service. Keep the Benchmark record. If something fails under warranty, the manufacturer still needs those facts.
