How much does it cost?
Gas Safety Certificate – £85+VAT for 2 appliances. Additional appliances charges at £25
Legionella Assessment – £65+VAT for 1 bathroom/toilet & 1 Kitchen, £85+VAT for 2 bathroom/toilet & 1 Kitchen, £105+VAT for 3 bathroom/toilet & 1 Kitchen, £125+VAT for 4 bathroom/toilet & 1 Kitchen.
Portable Appliance Testing – £65+VAT for up to 40 item. Additional items £1.50/item
Smoke Alarms – 10 year FireAngel – £25+VAT (inc fitting)
Carbon Monoxide Alarm – 10 Year FireAngel – £35+VAT (inc, fitting)
